U Win Tin's 81st birthday

This Saturday, 12 March, NLD Executive Member, longtime politician, former journalist and publisher, former political prisoner and freedom fighter U Win Tin will celebrate his 81st birthday.
At the The Best Friend library in Mae Sot, Thailand, we will take part in the celebrations with a special gathering.
At 10:00 a.m. invited guests will be welcomed with food.
From 13:00 p.m. everybody is very welcome to join and attend our debating and speech competition. Burmese students from different schools in Mae Sot will take part in this. There will be general knowledge tests, speech competitions where students are given a subject to talk about on the spot and debating.
Special guest during this special day, will be Sayagyi himself: U Win Tin will speak to the people present by phone. Please join us in celebrating this man’s life, wherever in the world you are on 12 march!
