Today, 23 September, Ashin Issariya’s birthday was celebrated with a gathering at The Best Friend library in Mae Sot.
About 100 people were invited to attend this event. Students took part in a speech (debate) competition: they could each choose one topic out of a total of ten and then talk about their chosen topic. This was an educational test, to practice their skills. Afterwards, all students received a gift.
